How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your shipment from our warehouse to your door.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-Day Returns on eligible items. Please visit our Return Policy page for complete details on how to start a return and what qualifies.

How do I choose between a cold plunge and an infrared sauna?
It depends on the recovery ritual you prefer. Cold plunges use controlled cold-water immersion, while infrared saunas deliver gentle radiant heat. Many of our customers incorporate both into their routines.
What kind of power supply do red light therapy panels need?
Most of our red light therapy panels plug into a standard household outlet. Each product page lists the specific voltage and wattage requirements so you can confirm compatibility before ordering.
